Creator Sales and Licence Terms

1. When these terms apply

You accept these terms for an approved design before Manyloom puts it on sale. They apply to that design and to every product made with it.

They add to the Creator Submission and Royalty Terms (submission-v1) that you accepted when you submitted the design. Where the two differ about selling, licensing or royalties, these terms apply.

2. You keep your copyright

You keep the copyright and every other right in your artwork. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to Manyloom.

The licence below is non-exclusive. You may keep selling the artwork elsewhere, on your own products or through other shops.

3. The licence you give Manyloom

You give Manyloom a non-exclusive licence to use the artwork to produce, sell and promote products, including on the Manyloom website, in our stores on Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop, and on Manyloom's social media.

The licence covers the technical changes printing needs, such as resizing the artwork or adjusting it for a shirt colour, and using the artwork in product photos, mockups and marketing. We will not change the design itself without asking you.

4. How long the licence lasts

The licence starts when you accept these terms and lasts until 3 years after the first sale of a product with the artwork.

It then renews automatically for another 3 years each time, unless you or Manyloom gives at least 30 days' notice before the end of the current period that it should not renew.

You can also withdraw a design at any time, as section 8 explains.

5. Royalties

You earn 15% of the selling price for each eligible shirt sold with your artwork. At the current price of Rp 159.000, that is Rp 23.850 per shirt.

The selling price is the price of the shirt in Manyloom's store listing. It does not include shipping.

A shirt is eligible when its marketplace order is completed and was not cancelled or returned. Cancelled, returned, refunded and fraudulent orders do not earn royalties. A replacement sent for a wrong item or a defect does not count as a second sale.

6. Statements and payouts

Royalties are calculated monthly. Each statement shows the eligible shirts sold for each of your designs and what you earned.

We pay by bank transfer once your balance reaches Rp 100.000. A smaller balance carries forward to the next month until it does.

Please keep your bank details accurate. If a sale counted in a statement turns out not to be eligible, we correct it in a later statement.

7. Tax

Manyloom withholds tax from royalty payments where Indonesian law requires it. Your statement shows any amount withheld.

You may need to give us your tax details before we can pay you.

8. Taking a product off sale

Manyloom may stop selling or remove a product at any time, for example for quality, rights or commercial reasons.

You can ask to withdraw a design by giving 30 days' notice through the Contact page. By the end of the notice period, we stop selling products with the artwork and remove their listings.

Royalties for eligible sales made before a product comes off sale are still paid under these terms.

9. Your promise about the artwork

You confirm that you created the artwork or hold every right needed to license it, that it does not copy anyone else's work, and that it does not use characters, logos, photos, lyrics or other protected material without written permission.

If someone claims the artwork infringes their rights, Manyloom may pause sales of the product while we look into it, and you agree to help us resolve the claim. If the claim is valid because the artwork was not yours to license, you are responsible for that claim and the reasonable costs it causes Manyloom.

10. Credit

Manyloom credits you by your creator name on the product page of this website and, where the format allows, in marketplace listings and marketing.

11. Changes and records

Manyloom may publish a new version of these terms. A new version applies to a design only after you accept it. Until then, the version you accepted keeps applying.

Manyloom records the version you accepted and when you accepted it with each design.
